3. Well one of the things that I enjoy about iHCPL is the opportunity to try out new things that we many not have time or need of in our everyday lives. And being familiar with them makes us more knowledgeable for our customers. I checked out an ebook several years ago from another site while I was doing research for school. It was great to look up what I needed to find without ever having to leave home or even hold the book. But after trying to download an ebook here I became frustrated. I'm sure it's a great technology for our customers but it is hard to know that while doing a work training on a work computer that will not let you actually have that experience. I even tried using a staff member's person laptop and got the same answer. A little frustrated about this part of the training...
